Free use of public transport

With the Südtirol Guest Pass, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge. Most cable cars are included as well. In addition, there is a Schenna app that keeps you informed about everything happening here.

Dogs are welcome

Dogs are welcome (€18 / day). In the new garden rooms, we have also provided a small private garden area for your four-legged friend. Only the breakfast room and the swimming pool are off-limits for your furry companion :-/

Good to know

Check-in: from 3:00 pm / Check-out: by 10:00 am / Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:30 am / Afternoon: from 2:30 pm coffee and cake are served, and the bar is open.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 40 days before arrival. For cancellations made between 30 and 40 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the total booked price. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the booking price will be charged. To protect yourself against possible cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
